Serbajadi Chinese Celery – Apium graveolens L.  (Umbelliferae)

This is a biennial flavouring herb and vegetable, grown as an annual, which is used for decorative as a garnish for fish and meat dishes, sauces and stews. Chinese celery has a characteristic fragrant smell and is packed with vitamins A, B and C, as well as calcium, magnesium, sodium and essential fatty acids.
